Registration

Delegates and accompanying persons need to register for the congress.

The following fees apply:

Delegate: € 600 (price inclusive 21% VAT)
Accompanying person: € 450 (price inclusive 21% VAT)

The fee for delegates includes:

Participation in the professional tour on 26 September 2024 (including lunch)
Entrance to plenary sessions and exhibition area on 27 September 2024
Coffee breaks and lunch during congress day
All social dinners and receptions (25, 26 and 27 September 2024)

The fee for accompanying persons includes:

Participation in the programme for accompanying persons on Thursday 26 September (Visit of Bruges – all day) and on Friday 27 September (Ostend – end with lunch)
All social dinners and receptions (25, 26 and 27 September 2024)
Possibility to enter to plenary sessions and exhibition area on 27 September 2024

REMITTANCE
Registration fees are to be paid in advance of the congress by bank transfer upon receipt of the invoice from Fedustria.

When making a payment, please mention the invoice number and the name(s) of delegate(s) and/or accompanying person(s).

PERSONAL INVITATION FOR VISA PURPOSES
To facilitate congress attendance a personal invitation can be sent on request. This invitation does not exempt the recipient from registering and paying the proper congress fee. Please inform the congress secretariat if you need a personal invitation letter.

CURRENCY
Registration fees and charges for all events related to the Congress as well as hotel cost must be paid in euros.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Cancellations must be sent in writing to fefpeb2024@fedustria.be.

The amount equal to 80% of the fee paid will be refunded for cancellations received by 30 June 2024. Until 31 July 2024 a refund of 50% of the fee will be granted. After 31 July 2024 no refunds will be issued.

All refunds will be paid in euros after the congress.

CANCELLATION OF THE CONGRESS
The congress secretariat reserves the right to cancel the congress, shift venue, or change dates without notice, in case of “force majeure”. Neither Fedustria nor the Congress Organising Committee shall be liable for any damage claims.

LIABILITY AND INSURANCE
The Registration fees do not include insurance of participants against personal accidents, sickness and cancellations by any party, theft, loss or damage to personal possessions. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance to cover travel, accommodation, cancellation and personal effects.

We inform you that name, surname, company and country of delegates will be published in the congress website.
